Systemic Therapy for ADHD – Adults

AD(H)D (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) accompanies many adults in everyday life – often since childhood. Typical challenges may include:

  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Forgetfulness and chaotic organization
  • Sensory overload
  • Inner restlessness or impulsivity
  • Self-doubt and stress

Why Systemic Therapy for ADHD?

In adulthood, systemic therapy helps to identify individual patterns and triggers.
It supports the development of practical everyday strategies, strengthens self-esteem, and reduces stress.
By focusing on personal strengths and social contexts (family, partnership, friendships), solutions emerge that fit your life situation.

What is Systemic Therapy?

  • scientifically recognized method
  • viewing the individual in the context of their system (family, partnership, friendship, work, etc.)
  • focus on new perspectives, activation of strengths, and sustainable everyday strategies
