In couples therapy, I support you in improving communication in your relationship and resolving conflicts constructively. Through targeted methods, we promote mutual understanding and the collaborative resolution of challenges.

Family dynamics can be complex. In family therapy, we work to promote harmonious relationships and break down communication barriers. The systemic approach helps understand and strengthen relationships within the family. As your therapist, I maintain a neutral stance to provide all parties with the necessary space and respect.

I am happy to offer prompt telephone appointments and online sessions if you have an urgent need to talk. These appointments can usually be arranged within 48 hours of contacting me. Many acute problems can be calmed down and viewed from an outside perspective in an initial consultation, providing an initial overview. If you would like further sessions afterward, we can arrange in-person therapy sessions.
The sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes and cost €70 (including 19% Umsatzsteuer). You will receive an invoice after the appointment. I will call you or meet with you online at the agreed time.
